Fern Bank is a grade two listed Victorian villa, in the village of Rowsley in Derbyshire at the heart of the Peak District National Park, three miles from the market town of Bakewell and within walking distance of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.
Fern Bank sits on the Haddon estate, Haddon Hall is the twelfth century ancestral home of the Dukes of Rutland and today is home to Lord and Lady Edward Manners and their two sons.
Fern Bank is perfect for a weekend break or longer stay, in a quiet location with stunning views.
